Lose Kilos

I heared that some guys of you post me on facekbook that they want to lose some kilos 
so just follow these steps:

-drink much water
-do some sport ( P.S.: swimming is really effectiv)
-drink a shake in the morning eat a salat at the night ( and don't eat after 18:00)
